What is your MOQ?
Our standard MOQ is 5,000 pieces for custom hangers. For standard in-stock items, smaller quantities are available.

How long does a sample take?
Physical samples are delivered within 7 days, supporting 1-2 rounds of refinement on appearance, feel, and dimensional precision.

Mass production generally takes 15-30 working days after sample confirmation, depending on order volume and complexity.

How do you ensure batch consistency?
Every piece passes 12 quality checkpoints from raw material intake to finished goods dispatch, including dimensional (±0.5mm) and color (Pantone ΔE < 2) verification.

Where is your factory?
Our factory is located at No.19 Beihuan Industrial Zone, Anhai Town, Jinjiang City, Fujian Province, China — one of the world’s garment manufacturing hubs. We welcome factory visits and support video audits.

Which ports do you ship from?
We primarily ship from Xiamen Port (XMN), Fujian — approximately one hour from our factory in Jinjiang — with FOB, CIF and door-to-door options available.

What if there is a quality issue?
We provide inspection reports and traceability records for every batch. Any quality issue is handled promptly — rework, replacement, or credit per the contract terms.
