These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website chunshuidisplay.com (the “Site”), operated by Majesty (HK) Industry CO., LTD. trading as CHUNSHUI (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

  • All content on the Site (text, images, product descriptions, specifications) is provided for general information purposes only and may be updated or changed without notice.
  • Product images and descriptions are indicative; actual products may vary slightly. Final specifications are confirmed in written order documents.

2. Inquiries, quotes and orders — no binding offer

  • Submitting an inquiry or contact form does not create a contract. It is a request for information only.
  • Quotes are not binding offers. A quote provided by email, WhatsApp or other channels:
    • is valid for 【15 】 days from its date;
    • may be revised if material inputs (materials, exchange rates, logistics) change before acceptance;
    • becomes binding only upon your written confirmation and our written acceptance of the order (e.g., a Proforma Invoice or sales contract).

3. Customization and intellectual property

  • Your IP: Designs, logos, artwork, or brand materials you provide remain your property. We use them solely to produce your order and for no other purpose without your permission.
  • Our IP: Our standard product designs, molds, tooling, photography, and Site content are our property (or our licensors’). They may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without our written consent.
  • Confidentiality: We treat your inquiries, specifications, and order details as confidential and do not disclose them to third parties except as needed to fulfill your order or as required by law.

4. Samples

  • Samples are produced to verify design, material, color, and dimensional precision before mass production.
  • Sample fees, if any, are confirmed before production; where applicable, sample fees are credited back against the first mass-production order.

5. Quality and inspection

  • Every product passes our 12-point quality inspection and each batch ships with an inspection report and traceability records.
  • Claims for quality issues must be raised 【7-14 days after arrival】 内 with supporting evidence (photos/videos). Resolution (rework, replacement, or credit) follows the terms of the applicable order contract.

6. Limitation of liability

  • The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
  • Our total liability arising out of or related to the Site is limited to 【The total amount you have paid for related orders in the past 6 months】.
